Here at SCORE, we have created an environment where people can comfortably find solutions to their health concerns. We have flexible weekday hours from 6am - 7pm and Saturday mornings by appointment to accommodate to your busy schedule.

We specialize in sports injuries and work related musculoskeletal injuries. We also offer a vast array of services, such as massage therapy and personal training to help accommodate to your specific goals and needs. We strive to provide the best patient care and service available anywhere. Gentle, caring treatment by our staff ensures your chiropractic treatment is effective and thorough. We also value our ability to conduct our practice and business with the highest degree of integrity, honesty and professional demeanor and take great pride in each staff member's training and capabilities. Dr. Tom N. Vo (DC, QME)	Doctor of Chiropractic & Qualified Medical Examiner
	Native to the South Bay , Dr. Vo graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West here in San Jose . He has earned a reputation of managing complicated musculoskeletal conditions involving muscle injury and joint pain. His specialties include chiropractic care for sports injuries, work related injuries and car accident injuries. Dr. Vo also spends a great deal of time teaching patients proper stretching and strengthening exercises and encourages proper exercise techniques. This enables patients to better understand what caused their injuries and how they can avoided similar injuries in the future through strength training. His interests include sports medicine, weight training and work injury rehabilitation. On top of all this, Dr. Vo is an avid snowboarder of over 20 years and enjoys working with athletes, with their positive and enthusiastic desire to get well. Being married to an amazing elementary teacher, Dr. Vo has a special place in his heart for educators. "Seeing my patients get better is the highlight of my day. I am committed to managing and relieving their pain by providing individualized treatment and education. I will do everything in my power to get my patients better, as fast as possible and with as few treatments as necessary." - Dr. Vo

Hilda Alvarado	Office Manager
	Hilda Alvarado is our office manager. She manages the front office including patient scheduling, orthopedic supplies, insurance receivables and numerous other tasks. Hilda is the first to greet you with a smile, and the last to say goodbye. Hilda comes to us with many years of hotel hospitality experience. She originally came to SCORE as a patient from a motor vehicle accident. We remembered her great spirit and commitment as a patient, and knew he needed her to run his front office. Hilda has been with SCORE Clinic from the first day we opened here in Willow Glen. Hilda is bi-lingual in Spanish and is a key player to the success of SCORE Clinic. When Hilda is not here at SCORE Clinic, she enjoys reading, playing with her pets and dancing. She also is an excellent cook and frequently shares her excellent culinary skills with us.

Amanda Sims	Front Office Administrator
	Amanda is a recent graduate of Everest College. She is responsible for handling all the patient information, insurance eligibility, payments and patient interaction. Amanda is a great asset to our team. She brings her bright personality to our office. She makes all the patients (and staff) feel welcome. Amanda lives in San Jose and enjoys hiking, watching movies and shopping.

Gino Camarillo	Medical Assistant (MA)
	Gino Camarillo is our medical assistant. He is a graduate of Silicon Valley College, completing his Medical Assistant Diploma. Gino is responsible for patient setup, back office triage, patient stretching, patient exercise and much more. His job is essential to the clinic, in keeping all the patient treatments running smoothly and in a timely order. The doctors rely heavily on Gino to "flow" the back office. Gino is a great asset to SCORE Clinic and is dedicated to patient care. Outside of the office, Gino enjoys being a father to his nine year old son, Jon. He is an avid fisher and loves the outdoors.

Roger Kittles	Certified Massage Therapist (CMT)
	Roger Kittles, is our Director of Massage Therapy. Roger manages our team of massage therapists, and works directly with them to reach their highest potential to give the best massage. Roger also directs all outside activities, providing massage therapy to events such as the Silicon Valley Marathon and the Santa Clara Real Estate Convention. Roger is extremely dedicated to the success of the clinic. He spends countless hours marketing SCORE Clinic Massage Therapy; but he always finds time to ride his motorcycle, workout, and play with his three children.

Tisha Sanchez de Tangle	Certified Massage Therapist (CMT)
	Tisha comes to us with over 3 years of massage experience and has an amazing nurturing touch. She specializes in deep tissue, myofacial release and trigger point therapy and adapts well with each patient's needs. She also has 20 years of personal training so feel free to pick her brain about your workouts. With her warm, upbeat personality and incredible communication skills, Giovanna is a very welcomed addition to our staff.

Dr. Jaime Chaves	Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and Herbalist
	Jaime graduated form the Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California where he received a Masters' Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has also studies abroad in Beijing, China at the Xuan Wu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Jaime is dedicated to continual education to provide the best possible treatment for his patients. He always puts their needs first. He has a special interest in treating pain related conditions, respiratory illnesses, digestive disorders, and stress associated ailments.
