Our staff works closely with each client organization to minimize employee disability, promote employee health and help control health care costs.  Our entire staff are experienced in the field of occupational medicine. Our administrative staff specializes in efficient, client-friendly service

Client services are by appointment whenever possible in order to minimize your employee's time away from work; however, our schedule is designed to allow for unscheduled visits due to serious acute injuries.  We offer a prompt service to guarantee that your employee is not waiting for more than 15 minutes for their scheduled appointment.

Occupational Health Services offers a complete range of services designed to help your company control employee health care costs. These services include:

  • Health Examinations
    - Pre-placement
    - Department of Transportation (DL-51)
    - Return to work
    - Wellness
    - Independent medical exams
  • Drug and Alcohol Screening (Pre-placement, Random)
  • Workers' Compensation Illness and Injury Care

Corporate Health and Wellness

Customized corporate wellness programs, including speakers, health fairs, screenings, smoking cessation, CPR and first aid classes are offered through the Corporate Health and Wellness service.

Ergonomic Evaluations

Worksite evaluations and comprehensive ergonomic training available by physical and occupational therapists with extensive ergonomic education and experience.

Repetitive Strain Injury Treatment

Occupational therapy is offered for individuals suffering from repetitive motion injuries.
Offered at the Health and Fitness Institute.

Rehabilitation Therapies

Rehabilitation therapies provides a progressive conditioning program specified to the individual needs following a work-related injury.

Rehabilitative PhysioTherapy:  Physiotherapy today is not just the application of modalities such as heat or ultra sound. It is the development program to meet the needs of the individual patient, the goal of which is to return the patient to normal functioning.

Occupational Therapy:  Occupational therapy focuses on the restoration of normal function using a holistic model.  Restoration of function for the "job of life" is a common goal and includes an individual work, leisure and self-care activities.

Hand Therapy:  Hand therapy focuses on evaluating and treating upper extremity injuries and disorders. Patients receive instruction in adaptive work living techniques as well as ergonomics information to eliminate or reduce the risk of re-injury.
